Field
- Must maintain a valid driver's license.
- Must maintain a strong safety record and contribute to a safe environment.
- Follow direction from Installer 2, Lead Tech, and Foreman.
- Learn basic terminating, cable pulling, and labeling techniques within 6 months.
- Must complete any classes or certifications as instructed by Veritas.
- Responsible for keeping track of any company-issued tools.
- Ability to work independently under Lead Tech and alongside fellow Installers.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and a strong safety record.
- Responsible for pulling, terminating, labeling, and testing various cable types (CAT6A, fiber, coax, riser, etc.).
- Install support structures: j-hooks, ladder racks, IT cabinets, etc.
- Locate, trace, and identify cables.
- Must complete any Veritas-required certifications.
- Responsible for keeping track of any company-issued tools.
- Responsible for advanced cabling tasks and supervision of Installers.
- Fiber optic termination, fusion splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Update installation documentation and manage job site inventory.
- Work independently under a Foreman or lead a team on larger assignments.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and ensure vehicle maintenance.
- Submit daily status reports.
- Complete all required Veritas certifications and trainings.
- Oversees day-to-day job site operations.
- Assigns tasks and supervises field staff.
- Verifies installation quality and ensures plans are followed.
- Maintains safety, site cleanliness, and tool accountability.
- Coordinates with Project Manager or Lead Tech.
- Troubleshoots issues and resolves conflicts.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and ensure vehicle maintenance.
- Complete all required Veritas certifications.
Management
- Oversees daily operations across all departments.
- Ensures company procedures are followed and improved upon.
- Manages vendor relationships and resource allocation.
- Maintains safety compliance and operational efficiency.
- Reports performance metrics to executive team.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and may travel to sites.
- Manages project lifecycle from planning to closeout.
- Coordinates clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Maintains timelines, budgets, and documentation.
- Visits job sites to monitor progress and handle changes.
- Manages change orders and risks.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and complete Veritas certifications.
- Oversees multiple projects for strategic alignment.
- Coordinates project managers, timelines, and budgets.
- Defines program goals and evaluates performance.
- Mitigates risks and supports long-term planning.
- Ensures communication across departments.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and support safety initiatives.
